R.Y.P.E. (Radical Youth Proclaiming Excellence) is the teen ministry of Living the Word International that is designed to help youth get on fire for Jesus.  By “Radical,”, we mean very different from the usual.  Because this generation of youth is highly influenced by music, videos, and interactive media, this ministry uses unorthodox teaching methods geared to reach teens right where they are.

God is seeking spirit-filled youth who are not ashamed or afraid to live for Him; therefore, our goal is to spiritually empower youth to live free from worldly demands and to not be molded by society.  Accomplishing this radical lifestyle and mindset is based on Romans 12:2 which says, “And be not conformed to this world: but ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.”

R.Y.P.E meets every Wednesday night at 7p.m. for midweek bible study.  On the 4th Saturday of each month, the R.Y.P.E. ministry hosts R.A.W. (Radical Anointed Worship).

R.A.W. night is a high energy, dynamic, godly, fun-filled night of food, fun and fellowship.  It starts with radical praise and worship followed by a brief spiritually-based teaching or open discussion focused on the issues teenagers are facing today.  The evening is culminated by an Open Mic contest with singing, poetry, rapping, and dancing, that everyone in attendance can participate, with the winner and the teen who invited the most people receiving a monetary award.
